Conferences

"Host your conference in a relaxed setting with inspiring views that encourage creativity and collaboration."
Our conference hosts are on site to ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the day. The food is provided by Uppegårdens Vilt Kök & Rum and prepared with care, using ingredients from the forest and the local area.
All surplus from conferences and activities goes directly back into the operations at HalleHunneberg. This enables us to continue maintaining trails, barbecue areas, wind shelters, and Bergagården- and to create good conditions for sustainable outdoor recreation and safe, well-managed access to nature. It ensures that the area can remain a pleasant and welcoming place for everyone who wishes to spend time here.

Add One of Our Popular Activities
If you would like to do more than just hold your conference, it is easy to add an activity that gives your group new perspectives, renewed energy, and inspiration.
Team Building
A light-hearted yet engaging activity where cooperation, creativity, and patience are put to the test. You compete in teams, and the focus is on collaboration rather than performance. A great way to break up the conference day and strengthen the group.
Canoeing
Take a break from the meeting room and paddle out onto Lake Eldmörjan, just a short walk from the conference venue. Canoes, life jackets, and paddles are available on site. The lake is surrounded by forest and silence, with opportunities to go ashore for coffee or even a swim. A peaceful activity that provides renewed energy.
Guided Tour
Join our nature guide for a guided hike on Hunneberg and learn about wildlife and nature. Alternatively, choose a guided introduction in the museum, where you will gain an overview of the mountains’ history, wildlife, and natural environment before exploring further on your own.
Beaver Safari
During the summer season, you can head out to spot beavers in their natural habitat. While paddling calmly or walking, our guide will share stories about the beaver’s life and impressive building skills. A truly memorable experience!
Fishing
There are more than ten lakes on the mountains offering excellent fishing for perch and pike. On Halleberg, Lake Hallsjön offers put-and-take rainbow trout fishing. Fishing is a relaxing activity that suits many people.
Forest Bathing
Forest bathing, or shinrin-yoku, originates from Japan and has been shown to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, and restore energy. It is not about exercise, but about slowing down and being present in nature. Our guide Linda will take you into the forest for a calm and mindful forest bathing experience.
Lecture
If you would like to add inspiration to your conference, we offer lectures on topics such as Team Development, Setting Goals and Achieving Them, Public Health, and Practical Marketing. A valuable complement that can be tailored to your group’s needs and the theme of the day.
Crisis Management & Preparedness
How prepared is your team when something unexpected happens? We help you strengthen your ability to manage crises - from minor disruptions to major incidents. Through practical exercises and clear structures, we create a shared understanding, defined roles, and confidence in how to act when it truly matters. The focus can also include home preparedness. With simple measures, each individual can be better equipped in situations such as power outages or other societal disruptions. The goal is increased knowledge, greater awareness, and practical preparedness.
